What I do
I'm a Senior Data Product Manager at Kleinanzeigen.de, one of Germany's largest classifieds marketplaces. I work across two B2C domains:
Advertising — 1P ad formats
Leading a topic team to develop and launch first-party advertising formats. Partnering with analytics and ad sales to assess format performance and deliver data-backed recommendations.
Pro — data products for professional sellers
Supporting data and analytics for five Pro squads — real estate agents, car dealers, and commercial listers. Helping teams define metrics, build documentation, and adopt AI tools.
Where I come from
7+ years across digital advertising, data products, pricing, and personalisation. Before specialising in product management, I was a pricing analyst at Delivery Hero and an advertising yield manager at eBay Kleinanzeigen — which means I understand data from the analyst side as well as the product side.
I'm fluent in Mandarin, German, and English — and I hold degrees from Hertie School of Governance (Master of Public Policy), Humboldt University Berlin (Social Science), and Beijing Foreign Studies University (German Studies).
